Room is not clean, the washing machine is dirty, I have to clean it before using. The check-in girl on the phone was fine but the girls that took our family to the room were so rude. The management is not professional. They didn't guide us how to use the pool, gym room, people there did not let us use it but they were listed on booking. The elevator is terrible. The biggest disappointment was they did not give us the room we booked. I had booked one week before our vacation for the whole family to be together and the room with ocean view. But they gave us the reason that the rule changed from 2026. They did not update on their listing and they let me book it for that price and then divided us into two dirty rooms and changed from dirty room to dirty room. Not recommended for family that wants enjoy quiet and beautiful view.
