The hotel arranges events sometimes but they never tell you about them which normally should be the case. They have their own clientele which are pretty much local and they only care about them. "I suggest to check in as early as possible. Checking in after beaching will most likely result in them selling your room and giving you a downgrade if you don’t pay attention. Facility is luxurious but the staff and service are poorly. Guests not happy and arguments always with receptionist. Not even an iron in rooms and the one offered wasn’t working properly. Parking is a bit of challenge if crowded and unsupervised, anyone can come park there and not be noticed. "
"From the moment we stepped foot on the Nia Boutique / Raponi Resort property the service was fantastic. It’s an absolutely gorgeous hotel with an Olympic size pool (possibly the only pool in the area!), delicious daily complimentary breakfast & attentive staff. I recommend anyone visit!"
