"Convenient location and it was an easy transfer by taxi. We were 90 minutes early from our check in time but although our rooms were ready they were happy to charge us € 20 Euros for an early check in but not let us have them early. We left the luggage in storage and went for a stroll."

"This is a different model for a hotel. There is intermittent staff at the location and no one describes the property, rooms or amenities. The wall temp control says it has air conditioning to adjust temp but there really is no air conditioning. Room was clean and nicely located."

"It was a lovely clean, spacious apartment. Very well equipped and very close to the main tourist areas and coast. The staff were quick and responsive when I WhatsApp messaged to ask questions, as it is an online run hotel. The onsite shop was really useful too. There was no access to the rooftop terrace as it was constantly restricted for private bookings and permanent residents, not guests. It took me a while to get to grips with the online system, everything is online from checking in...

"Great, clean, and centrally located hotel in the Design District! The neighborhood is fantastic, with really great restaurants and shopping nearby. The breakfast is excellent, and parking is conveniently close by. The only issue was that the carpet in both the lobby and the room needed a deep clean. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this hotel!"

"This was a great value hotel. The location, just a couple of blocks from both the Esplanade and the Market is excellent. If you're looking for a full service hotel with a formal check-in, concierge, etc., this is not your hotel. If you're comfortable with communications and check-in via What's App, you'll be rewarded with a great price, clean hotel, and a free laundry (that we used). Our takeaway - after our first Bob W experience, we will look for locations in other cities."

"The apartment was close to all the sights and restaurants. It had everything you might need for your stay - washing machine/dryer/drying racks/iron/all the kitchen crockery and cooking equipment (we only did tea and toast). Even access to gym and yoga mats (if that’s your thing). There was a lift (the apartment was on the 5th floor) with a few steps at the entrance. I’d definitely recommend."
