"The room was wonderful all but one thing, the bed. Why is it that no matter where we ever stay the beds ar absolutely like sleeping on a dang sheet of plywood?? I will never understand that, oh wait yes I do. No matter where you stay they hope you will not spend anymore time in your room and especially in your bed that you absolutely have to. The bed is the only reason I left a overall 4 star review. In general, please do better with more comfortable beds that aren't like sleeping on a hard floor. My wife and I can't hardly move the next day afterwards. Again I am not singling out just Home 2 Suites but wishing more hotels & motels would do better on the comfort of the beds they provide. Everything else was wonderful, it was our first time staying at a Home 2 Suites. "

"1 Ice machine didn't work
Called front desk about refrigerator needs to be swapped out for working one he came u I put ice tray in refrigerator water stayed same as filling it up from sink no dail to max out getting cold just a hole he said oh that's so your food doesn't freeze
Got out of shower to blow dry my hair plugged blow dryer didn't work
I left out for my appointment called said the air conditioner needs to be fixed or move me to another room came back still was popping sound from being old and they won't pay to get it fixed
Tv remote had no batteries took Uber to Walmart to buy some
I left they came in cleaned my room didn't put any coffee coffee cups sugar and cream
Shower took at least 5 minutes to get hot"
