"Overall good stay. The sink in the bathroom did.not drain well and filled up quickly. I thought the restaurnat closed at 23:00, but when I went there at 22:30 they told me that kit hen closes at 22:00."

"We drove from Amsterdam to Cologne, Germany. Great location for one night. We visit cologne cathedral and other places. The next day we drove to our destination of Luxembourg. Stay at the best western on victor huge. Highly recommend."

"Freundlicher Empfang und Check in, der allerdings lange dauert. Sehr großer, kostenpflichtiger, Parkplatz. Mehrtagestickets gibt's an der Rezeption. So muss man nicht vor jeder Ausfahrt separat bezahlen. Das Ambiente des Schiffs ist klasse. Man fühlt sich in der Zeit zurück versetzt. Der Blick auf Rotterdamm von der großen Terrasse ist toll. Enttäuschend für mich war die Kabine. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal auf dem Schiff. Obwohl wir die selbe Kategorie gebucht haben wirkte das Zimmer 2 Klassen...

"Arrived at the Usual for another few days as the family live very close by and this hotel is very convenient but the room was extremely cold. The outside temperature was 16 degrees and the air conditioning was on in my room and the fan was blowing out very cold air. Hardly the weather for air conditioning to be on. I spoke to reception and was told that the temperature was set the same for all the rooms and she would turn off the fan. However the room the next day the room was too cold. I am 83...

"The hotel is within easy walking distance of the airport. There are signs in the airport pointing to the hotel and you can take one of the trolleys with your luggage both to the hotel and back. As a result, no need to wait for a shuttle - you can just go when you wish. The rooms are small but are clean and have all the essentials. The TV, lights, blinds etc are controlled by a tablet so if you hate all things technology, this isn't the hotel for you. Since we are both tech savvy, we...

"Why do we have to go through all the registration procedure entering data ourselves manually after having given all the info when booking? The room had a bed a shower (of sorts) and a toilet that was hard to access due to space restrictions - a narrower corridor or turning the toilet 90 degrees would make it so much easier. No tea/coffee or drinking water facilities is very poor. This was booked as more than the most basic facilities in Amsterdam....."

"Access to airport shuttle and public transport is excellent! Access to nice breakfast was also great. We were 3 adults in a room, which is difficult to find 3 beds for 3 adults....granted one bed was a bunk and as an older adult, was a bit precarious, but at least accommodated us."

"This hotel close to the Amsterdam airport was a lovely experience. The shuttle was easy to find, Vlad at check-in was very helpful and welcoming, the room was clean and spacious, we opted for the breakfast buffet which plentiful and would stay there again on our next visit for sure."
