"The hotel’s location is excellent—just a short walk from the Petra Visitor Center, which was very convenient. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t meet expectations. The hotel feels quite outdated. The room had a few issues: the shower did not have warm/hot water, and the TV didn’t work. ..."

"Great hotel in a great location. The room was very clean, the staff (without exception) were incredibly friendly and helpful and the food was really good (particularly the rooftop restaurant). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to other visiting Petra."

"We did not get to check in at all as the property was inaccessible by our driver in his car. The road in was not paved and our driver thought only a 4 wheel drive could drive on it. The driver called the hotel and requested them to fetch us in but it didn’t happen. We had to book another hotel last ..."

If you’re staying here, visit Petra early. We got the breakfast buffet at 6am, and was at Petra visitor centre just before 7am. It was nice and quiet, and not too hot early on. By the time we were leaving, 4 hours later, it was very busy!
