"This Hotel is far away from the city center, 20 min by taxi! The hotel name is misleading in my opinion. At check in the guest has to do all the registration work. I got little to no attention from the staff during this work and didn’t even get our key card until I returned On-The-Go front desk..,asking how the app was going to open the room door?! The bed was ok but in the morning I realised that the bedsheet was not in the bed!! The madras cover was the only sheet and very uncomfortable to sleep on. When I pointed this out during check out I only got a simple ”I’m sorry ”…. No, won’t recommend this hotel. Only thing saving the rating from a one star is the price. "

"Very friendly staff. Room was perfect for a one night stay. We had expected to have breakfast but there was no staff on the premises in the morning which was very disappointing. "

"I’ve been in many 5 star hotel and unfortunately this is not one of them. It does look’s luxurious from the outside and around of property especially the garden area are fabulous. The inside rooms interior is outdated and I would rate as the 3+star ranking hotel. The pillows were terrible along with the mattress. Be aware that spa is optional at additional cost. "
