I had to then pay again to stay at this hotel. The pool is being reconstructed so we couldn’t use it. don’t book with hotels.com it’s a scam"

"It’s hard to tell from the photos and the descriptions, but the higher priced rooms are in a different, much better maintained building than the lowest priced rooms. The bedrooms are nice but the biggest difference between them are the bathrooms. I would have rated it higher if I had stayed in one of the better rooms. The staff are all very nice and helpful."
