"The staff were really lovely but our experience was a little lacking and the hotel is not ideal for toddler families. We somehow ended up on the ground floor off a halway connecting reception and their restaurant in a comically enormous "family double" room with 4 king beds for the three of us. Not an issue in itself but a funny outcome. Travelling with a toddler we'd requested (and twice confirmed!) a cot to be brought to the room. "Great reception. Great location. Great security but unfortunately property needs immediate tending sorry. Water leak in floor of bathroom, horrible smell throughout unit, no remote for Aircon, just to turn it off. Great wifi and superb assistance from night watchman and morning call for taxi to airport! Sorry but I know that you want to improve your property as an investor. Please provide a bottle opener and corkscrew for next guest.. thank you. Unit has great potential overall."

"Place was well kept and in close proximity to everything, easy to get around even by foot. The only downside is that there can be a lot of noise from guests at the bar close to the reception. My only suggestion would be either keep the bar upstairs only or book a room away from main reception. Otherwise the staff are so kind and always willing to help and make sure you’re enjoying your time in Fiji"

"Don't stay at this resort! Poor sanitation with terrible smell of raw sewage and senior management not interested in fixing, only put board across sewage pit. Grey water from showers went straight on ground,no piping. Was promised 1 nights accommodation due to the horrible smell but still awaiting to get refund! Limited and unsecured wifi. Dated and run down, can hear room next door go to the toilet and showering! Poor menu and variety, buffet breakfast limited and cold or run out. Limited...

"Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The location and the ocean view were truly unbeatable—absolutely beautiful. The room cleanliness was on point, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. However, perhaps due to the peak season, some of the facilities felt a bit dated. Hopefully, they’ll put some work into maintenance soon. All in all, it’s good value for money and worth considering."
