"Front desk was helpful and the welcome drinks were definitely a highlight as part of the resort fees. The self parking was $14 which wasn't ideal given it's a 2 min walk away and the road was uneven, but you're on vacation. Would be nice if they had refill water stations to reduce waste! "The location was great! Minutes from Volcanoes National Park! Also it was close to some restaurants and gas! The place was spacious and had comfortable bedding. There was a heater for cooler nights! The coffee pod machine and fridge are such nice features!!!"
