"Me and my other half were greeted with friendly staff upon our arrival, with everything explained to us. Something new was the unexpected charge for using the carpark (we hadn't experienced this on previous stays), but overall we were pleasantly happy. Our room was clean and accommodating, a fan was provided along with other essentials, and our stay was very comfortable. "

"We had a lovely stay overall and would definitely come back. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were really friendly and welcoming, and the food was great. Breakfast was especially gorgeous and a real highlight. There were just a few things that took the shine off a little. The toilet wasn’t as clean as we’d have expected, and the bath drain seemed blocked, so the water backed up while we were standing in the shower. On the Friday night, there was also an incredibly noisy group in the restaurant who were clearly disturbing other guests, but no one seemed to ask them to calm down. We could still hear them later in the bar and even up in our room. That said, we did really enjoy it and would love to return, especially if those little issues could be sorted next time."
