Budget friendly hotel near the train station

Budget friendly hotel near the train station. Good location if you need to take the ferry to Tokushima in the morning. Nothing special about the room but the breakfast was enjoyable.

The staff were very kind and looked after my luggage as I arrived in Wakayama early. The hotel is very close to Wakayamashi station and easy to find. It is also close to the castle and other tourist attractions. Breakfast was very good, and the hotel has rental bicycles which were only 100 Yen which was cheap and convenient. The hotel seems like it needs to be updated as it looks a bit old in places, however it was very clean. It was very good value.

冷蔵庫が黴びていたのが一番の不満です。 他にも、あらゆるサービスが案内されず、気付かない客には黙っていれば良いという接客でした。 例えば、清掃不要ならドリンクサービスと掲示されていましたが、スタッフからの案内はなく、清掃不要としたにも関わらず、ドリンクは渡されませんでした。 他にも、朝食付きのプランで２泊しましたが、２日目の朝食券は渡されませんでした。 ウエルカムドリンクのサービスもありましたが、何の案内もなく、自分で気付いて利用しました。 他にも何か合ったのかも知れませんが、案内されなかったのでわかりません。 どれも、こちらから言えば済んだ話ですが、言われるまで黙っておこうという対応自体が不親切で、客の時間を奪う対応だと思い、そこが不満に感じました。 安価に宿泊出来たのは良かったですが、それだけですし、同じエリアでもっと安価でサービスに不満もない宿がありますので、今後はそちらか、空いてなければ高額になっても他の宿に泊まろうと思います。

8階の朝食会場は良い感じです。ホテルの駐車場は予約制だったので近くのコインパーキングを利用しました。駅前が静かだった。

古い施設だから綺麗にはしてあるが 隠しきれない所が多々ある 部屋の隅のホコリだったり カーテンが破れていたり 壁が薄く隣の会話やテレビの音 ドアの開閉音は終始する ただフロントスタッフや清掃の方の 愛想が良く丁寧 駅やコンビニ 和歌山城も徒歩圏内

離車站算近，在巷子裡，車站附近有餐廳跟超市，開車前往的，飯店停車場有很多空位，但是被告知不能停，可能被續住的旅客預訂了，要停在旁邊的付費停車場，不貴，也算方便

シングル禁煙の部屋に宿泊しました。2回目です。 施設が古いのでしょうがないがその中でベッドメイキングや掃除は綺麗にされています　備品も空気清浄機があるのは良かった　バスタブが一般よりは狭いので入りにくかった　身体の大きな方は大変かもです シャンプーリンスはフロントて何種類かあり選ぶ事が出来るが部屋にも備え付けはある 朝食は有料で600円　内容はシンプル フロントの対応はおじさんですが皆さん接遇バッチリ ウェルカムコーヒーが飲み放題です。
