"Room was perfect with the view of the lake. Although we did not use the amenities at the hotel great options of outdoor pool, breakfast and a restaurant inside. Staff was very friendly."

"Did not feel safe in this hotel. Rocks were used to keep side doors propped open. When I told front desk she said all the doors are like that because the key cards do not work so they leave them open for guests. I found two homeless people hiding out in the stairwell out of the rain. There is a no smoking/vaping policy that is not enforced because there was always the smell of marijuana in the hallways. Saw a lot of shady characters always milling about. Room smelled awful. Had to buy febreeze...

"Older facility, one small (and slightly sketchy) elevator. Standard pre-fab breakfast, although the breakfast potatoes came out hot; otherwise, the usual "cheese omelette" made in a facility far, far away. Attached restaurant was serviceable, though it closed very early (9:30 on a Saturday night?). I would say it was little value for the money ,but since everything else is also way overpriced, I guess this is mid range. Highly recommend Surf restaurant in the complex across the street."

"Nice hotel, however a few notes in regard the professionalism of the staff, front desk agent missed to inform the hours of the breakfast that apparently was closed 1 hour before indicated time in the website, as well at the check in she lucked to mention where the elevators were, Sheets were wrinkled and the pillows were very thin, the sink in the bathroom needs a better scrubbing. I wouldn’t consider another stay there in this circumstances."

"Everything is great about the place. The only challenge is that it is between two roadways and it is noisy if they could put something too quiet the rooms on the windows may be a greater place, but that’s the only drawback. Bring earplugs if you need quiet at night!!"

"My shower was cold and the bathroom did not appear to be clean as there was hair everywhere. I would avoid this property in the future. The front desk was usually empty as well so you’re on your own if you need anything to be adjusted."

"The stay at Hyatt House was great as usual. The reception staff are always so welcoming, friendly, and helpful especially Christina! We were very grateful to be able to transition to this second room first thing in the morning instead of having to wait until the normal 3pm check in time. Only disappointment was that there was no oven although photos on both Expedia and the hotel website show a full stove and oven for the 1 bedroom queen accessible room."
