Our family of five (3 kids) stayed one night and found the hotel reasonably clean, our room comfortable, the staff helpful and friendly, and the breakfast satisfying. Our stay was enjoyable and we felt safe. The room's furnishings were a little dated and linens slightly worn yet clean. We would happily stay there again.

Very pleasant hotel, clean and quiet. The beds were super comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful - even let us check in when we arrived at 11:00 am (that is unheard of!). We saw the Jelly Roll concert at the Wine Country Ampitheatre which was just a few blocks away. Would definitely stay here again!

Staff was fabulous, helpful and genuine. Hotel was clean, well kept and safe. Breakfast was good enough, dinning area was clean and roomy. This comfort inn had some nice outdoor areas you could sit at. The pool was the least impressive, as it was very small and the hot tub was maybe 2 people size. However, the cedar inside the pool room was a nice touch. All in all this is a great location especially if you golf, as you are 9 minutes from walla walla country club and 12 minutes away from the best course in the state, Wine Valley Golf course.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth, which made the experience even better. Room #119 the room we stayed in, needs a deep cleaning and absolutely needs the carpet replaced. The chair in the room is filthy and needs to be replaced. The entry rugs in the front and the side exits need to be replaced. First impressions are very important and upon arrival you first see a worn out, filthy entrance rug that’s not conducive to a good customer first experience. The outside trash cans are filthy they should be replaced. Now on the flip side, the staff was wonderful. Sweet and friendly. The breakfast offerings were excellent and very well maintained and clean. We would only stay there again if the rooms were better maintained and the room is the bottom line for any stay in a hotel. We were also charged more for the basic room charge before taxes and fees that was on the Expedia website where the room was booked. Not happy about that.

The stay was amazing as always! The staff is always friendly and super helpful. We love the breakfast, which has been expanded in items, that's always fun. The mattresses could be updated, they're a little hard on our backs, especially after traveling all day. And the pool is going away which is a bummer and might affect our decision to stay at times. But overall, one of the best places in town to stay.
