"When we arrived the pool heater had been broke and was under repair. One of the reasons we chose to stay here for the kids to be able to swim. It would of been nice if we were contacted or notified ahead of time by management via email, text, anything that this was the situation. "

When we got into our room it was a bit stuffy and warm so I turned the AC on but it wasn’t working. So I rang the front desk and they said they will send someone to take a look.
