"The room we had was spacious, clean and comfortable. Well maintained and easily accessible to the transport and the local town. The staff in particular were very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us and ensure that our stay was memorable. The breakfast was also really good."

"Lovely Hotel with restaurant. Breakfast was very nice using good quality ingredients. I particulalry enjoyed the bacon. The restaurant was also very good for meals. Location was convenient for the centre of Stevenage. Staff were helpful and attentive."

"The room was very basic and on the 3rd floor. I wish I had know as I had a very heavy bag to take to my room. The bathroom was one floor down. It is very close to the airport which is why I stayed there and very affordable.."

"Room had no minibar, no snacks, no bottled water, no air con, only a fan. Bath was nice and deep but taps difficult to turn on. Flooboards creaked whereever I walked, inside the room, as well as on the stairs. Breakfast was poor quality and selection. Swimming pool had nice outdoor area. Was asked to pay deposit upon checking in. Given there was nothing removal from the room, did they suspect I might be taking the bed with me? Overall, not impressed."

"I stayed here 2 nights as I was booking night by night as my husband was in hospital nearby, The room had everything I needed, far more than I expected in a small country inn. Food was delicious and varied. Service was excellent and friendly."
