Our own point of criticism is cleanliness. A real clean of the room seems to be too much to ask for, not sure how often the grubby carpet is being vacuumed, for example. "Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren , leider hat in diesem Hotel nichts funktioniert. Nicht der Check in , es war nur ein betrunkener Mitarbeiter vor Ort, da zudem auch nicht deutsch gesprochen hat. Der Gast war nur eine Nacht im diesem Hotel , hat sich aufgrund von diesem Zustand ein anderes Hotel suchen müssen ,Somit entstehen für ihn nochmals Kosten .Es wurde auch keine Rechnung an den Gast ausgestellt.
