"We paid to stay in the suite and was very disappointed. The suite felt more like a hospital room, cold and no character. The window view in the living room was of the inside corridor (wth). I will never stay in the suite again and managment would not change from a suite to a regular king room. "

"I booked this room for a guest of ours. The room was spacious and clean. The shower did not work in the first room he was given, so he was promptly given another room. He enjoyed the breakfast. He was very happy with his stay here."

"terrible customer service. couldn't leave my bag ahead of time even tho rooms were still booked. was told that I had to leave my bag in the lobby and take my chances of it getting taken and they couldn't hold it behind the front desk. Could not pay for an early check in. Breakfast was terrible and they had a terrible selection with no cooked food."

"Room was clean when i arrived. only issue was i stayed 3 days and received no house keeping service and when i asked i was told i had to book a week for me to be able to get house keeping. So for the 3 days i was there we received no clean towels , sheets , the trash bags , etc. "
