"The hotel was beyond beautiful and in a stunning location. The rooms are very clean and cosy - with a well stocked bar. The spa, sauna, steam room and both indoor and outdoor pools are stunning and super clean. The outdoor was lovely and warm due to it being heated. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay an excellent experience - they are incredibly friendly, professional and welcoming! Dinner each night in the restaurant was of an extremely high standard with impeccable service - their breakfast was of the same impeccable standard. I cannot recommend this place enough - it is a truly amazing hotel with incredible views of the lake and mountains. I will most definitely be returning again to this beautiful place. "Some of our ski equipment was missing after the staff unpacked our car. We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category."
