"Every few years I check into a hotel and am given a key to a room that has not been cleaned. It happened again here and the hotel found a nice room in the same category and after ten minutes I was in the new room. But the hotel seems stretched to the limits in the busy summer holiday season -- understandable, but not attractive. Nearby Zoo is one of the best in the world and worth a full day visit. "

"This hotel was perfect for an overnight drop in en route. Rooms were large and airy, parking straight outside, park across the road for the dog and great service. "

The staff on the reception were great, the bathroom was well equipped, the room needed some attention with mattress and light fitting, but overall it was fine for the cost. The worst bit was the unkempt exterior staircase which was pretty decrepit!"
