"Not excellent...biggest issues: no toilet paper or soap until next morning, shower hot water was quite cold. Building in rough shape, especially flooring, though it looks like they're making improvements (painting walls etc.).
Not a fan of the virtual check-in: a bit confusing and too impersonal, though I eventually figured it out. I finally met Monica next morning who was quite pleasant and helpful; if they can fix the biggest issues I would rate higher.

"Amazing place to stay. Great view of Cusco and near San Blas. Great exercise every day walking up the hill in readiness for Inka Machu Pichu trail. Friendly and attentive staff too. Highly recommended and stayed here for nearly a month."
