"The staff was very kind and helpful. My son enjoyed using the gym. It’s a beautiful hotel and located well. The only frustrating part of it was a little too warm in the room. They did accommodate by providing an additional fan to help with the warmth in the room."

"The staff were excellent, both helpful and efficient. Unfortunately we arrived during a heatwave and the hotel clearly isn’t geared for hot weather. To be fair, they had put a fan in the room, but it was of little use. The worst thing was the mattress toppers on the bed. I think they are made of sponge and absorb body heat, therefore you get hotter the longer you lie on them."

"I enjoyed staying one night at this reasonably priced hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and I liked the breakfast. I liked the location not far from the train station and old town using public transport. And I was a surprise a free public transport pass was provided - please do not forget getting it, as I was able to use it even when getting to the hotel."
