Lovely room with a beautiful outlook over the serene hidden lake area. Tiny balcony but enough to be able to open door and let fresh air in. Reception staff were so friendly and helpful. Reception person was unfriendly, powered milk for hot drink, no flannels. Hot water for shower non existent. Someone arrived behind building at 6am towing caravan and working on it loudly. Nil secure parking. Disappointing - another couple unhappy also with service and presentation.
