"Advertised pool, gym, and exercise classes DO NOT exist. Property is not in a convenient location. I was stuck in my room with no facilities to use while my partner was at work. You ‘Wotif’ refused to help even though the manager was helping until he saw my booking was through you. I only stayed for part of my booking and moved to a great hotel with advertised facilities that DID exist. "

"The staff is lovely and really accommodating… The room that I was in had a big bed and a really big wardrobe… The bathroom is nice with doors on the shower so the floor does not get all wet… The downside was people seem to check in and out at all times, and all of them seem to slam their doors quite loudly… Also the Wi-Fi is very inconsistent so it’s OK for a night or two, but if you want to work on your laptop it will be difficult to do so
The free breakfast was also a bonus."
