The room and bathroom were clean. The staff was very friendly and professional. The lobby was gorgeously decorated for the holidays and I loved the trio playing. So fun!

The bed was uncomfortable & a stain on the quilt. I have to say that the hotel was very clean and cozy. Breakfast was good & the employees were very friendly & nice.
