"This property was phenomenal. The energy was welcoming from the start. The room was very clean, not a speck of dust was found. A very cute and spacious room. The area of the inn was perfect as well. A good walk to the beach, local food places you can walk to all around, close to Newport where you can shop and eat. It was an enjoyable stay, affordable, and lovely. Will book again. "

"The fitness center doesn't have many equipment. They gave you the option to go to other gym at tennis hall of fame, however is not close to the hotel and in case you don't drive you need to take uber so is not convenient. "

"Everything is fine , especially room is spacious & comfortable & free parking. But it will be even better if there is body wash (not soap bar, very dry on body) available. I will highly recommend this hotel."
