"The bath tub is exposed, no shower curtain. As a result of the exposure, when you take a shower, there’s water all over bathroom floor even leading to the living space. Not a good condition "
"I didn’t like the fact that they wouldn’t allow me to sit by the pool unless I purchase something from the bar and also I wasn’t it weird that breakfast is only included included one person even though it was two of us in the room"
"I am very disappointed with the experience. Whilst the hotel and vicinity were very comfortable and spacious we had paid for a booking for our mother to stay online through Expedia and received a payment receipt but then upon checking in a young lady who was the present hotel concierge insisted that the room was not paid for and insisted that my mother paid and so we have doubly paid for the reservation and are not getting any response from the supervisor as to how the funds my mother paid be refunded. The customer service has been terrible and I am shocked that a hotel partnered with Expedia could not see when a reservation is paid."
