3/5 - Okay
We didn't venture into Warrington so can't comment on it.
While Golborne isn't home to many top sights, Haydock Park Racecourse and Three Sisters Racing Circuit are some notable places to visit nearby.
Travellers like the parks in Lowton, and Pennington Flash Country Park is a top attraction you might want to visit.
If you're spending some time in Burtonwood, Gulliver's World - Warrington and Sankey Valley Park are top sights worth seeing.
While Great Sankey may not have many sights to explore, venturing just a little farther will lead you to top things to see and do like Gulliver's World - Warrington and Pyramid and Parr Hall.

Convenient as a one night stop on travelling down the M6.
My review and experience is based only on Britannia Daresbury Park Hotel & Spa- not a comment on Warrington. The hotel is a disgrace if I had more than a few hours in which to see family I would have refused to check in and requested a refund.
The hotel is a short walk to the centre of Warrington with shops & a good range of restaurants.
I was just hear on business, so didn't get a chance to look around.
We didn't visit, it was a stopover on the way home.
