But everything was great especially the later check-in process that was not expected. I would highly recommend the painted lady to anyone that is going to stay in Birmingham more that just a few hours!"

"I rated it all as excellent. It was an excellent price point, staff, grounds and hotel was in great shape. I mean come on it was a free buffet of the normal hotel breakfast. It wasn't excellent but it got us through until lunch. No complaints would definitely stay again."

"Unfortunately guests in other rooms were so noisy and there really is no sound dampening in walls or floors. Street noise was really bad too, but that just it location. Anyway, having fun on vacation is something you want, but sleep (for some of us) is something you have to have to be able to enjoy your time. If noise doesn’t bother you, you’re set."
