We (family of 4) had an amazing stay. Everything was new, clean and very spacious. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked. It is an excellent location, right in the centre of old town. Loved sitting in the window and looking out the view. Highly recommend.

Great location, Spacious for 2 people and had all the basic amenities. There was no AC (just a fan). The fridge took a long time to cool and to get to the apartment had 4 steps to enter (3 separate keypad entries and one door with a button)

The outside of the property was a bit dated and the area was covered with a lot of graffiti. The inside was clean and updated. It was a very spacious apartment and the washing machine was definitely a plus. A quick walk up the stairs across the street will get you to the Old Town Square.

The flat is perfectly located in Warsaw's Old Town, and is close to all main activities and museums. The flat offered all the necessary amenities. The bed was really comfortable and the host was very responsive and with excellent recommendations. Only downside: we noticed that some of the towels in the bathroom were not clean and had visible stains.

The best thing about this apartment is that it is in Old Town, literally steps outside the outer door and you are in the main square. So many historical and important sites and museums are very close and walkable. That being said: basically, the apartment needs attention and upkeep. It wasn't cleaned well and the overhead shower was broken although the handheld part worked well. The washer worked well. The check in process was difficult as the main access door electronic code box was not working, but we had to try many times including while talking to the contact on the phone who was not uprised of this situation before our call. Thankfully, there was another access point - but turn on your phone flashlight as there are no lights in the outer areas. It didn't feel unsafe, just couldn't see very well. The pictures they sent for location were not helpful and we think inaccurate. The pictures show a two story building and it is at least a three story strucutre. Our advice: contact the Ego Apartments beforehand and get specific directions and confirmation that all is working and ok.

Perfect in Old Town

This apartment had everything ready and necessary for a three night stay in an Old Town square. View from windows of apartment was the beautiful cathedral with bell tower chiming the hours. The washer came in very handy for travelers needing to wash clothes. Two caveats: there are no taxis or autos allowed in the street adjacent, so be prepared to walk with your baggage. Also the antique building has a beautiful staircase but no lift to walk up three stories with luggage.

The location of this apartment was right on the square of old town. We walked clear across town to the Samsung building for dinner and all around. The apartment was clean with comfortable beds. Everything worked except the coffee machine. I appreciate the free bottle of champagne.

The location is great! Almost facing Market Square, the heart of the beautiful old town. The apartment also looks nice. Caution: it has no rift/elevator and the room is on the third floor (which is the fourth floor in the US), so bringing up large luggage would be tough. The apartment room is well-equipped (including a bus tab). The only thing I missed was a coffee maker.

Nice place

The location is great. The apartment is very worn, the floor is coming apart. The toilet seat is too small for the toilet so it is loose. The directions given before you arrive does not go to the apartment but 2 blocks away, with no directions on how to get to the apartment. We had to wander around and ask strangers for help. They need to give directions from the drop off to the apartment. When we got to the apartment we had to call the manager for help, the directions left in the apartment were wrong. The manager came and was very helpful. She said the instructions were old and needed updating.. only go here if you don't mind an adventure. Comfortable stay.

Great Stay in a Vibrant, Safe Area The Uber couldn’t drop us right at the door, but left us nearby. The streets are cobbled, so watch your step. There’s quite a bit of graffiti around, but that’s typical for many European cities. The door code requires all the # symbols and unlocks silently, so at first, I wasn’t sure it had worked — but once the circle turns green, just give the door a push. The apartment itself was great — clean, spacious, with plenty of room, and the beds were super comfortable. The balcony was small but a nice addition. While there’s no longer a river view, the tall trees outside were pleasant, though starting to feel a bit overgrown. Some plants growing out of the side could use attention. We came and went at all hours and always felt safe. I used my phone for directions late in the evening (around 10 PM) with no issues walking through the square and back to the apartment. The nearby fountains were a hit with the kids, and the small 24-hour Carrefour was handy for picking up essentials. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again. My only small wishlist would be to add more clothes hangers and some weighing scales to help manage suitcase weight before heading to the airport.

Old town

Easy to find, they have very thorough instructions. Location was beautiful, right in the heart of old town Warsaw. The apartment itself was nice, however, it was very hot. Unfortunately, we had to leave a day early because the temp was so uncomfortable. Reached out to the owner and told him we were leaving a day earlier and if it was possible to at least have a partial refund and got no answer.

The property doesn’t have a check in, which isn’t an issue unless you arrive in town early. You will have to store your luggage. They give good directions to find it. The place needs a good cleaning. It’s dusty, dead bugs, surfaces need to be wiped. Furniture is not great and somewhat dirty. However the location is good, and it has a washing machine for longer trips.

Location was great. Would be good to tell people it’s up 60 flights of stairs. Fine for us but might be tough for some. Bad WiFi that went in and out. We wanted to use the kitchen more but there were no napkins or dish towels for cleaning up or eating. It is really buggy near the river. Window screens would help - there were a lot of bugs in the apartment.

The apartment itself was nice, it was a bit dusty by the windows and on the floor. The bathroom was nice and clean. There were a couple of big spiders by the window and on the wall by the kitchen. We went from 4-6.june, and it was really hot outside, the apartment was hotter than the temperature outside, which made it really hard to sleep at night. The air condition didn’t work that well unless you had it really close to you. It wa noisy too.
