"We love the location of the property. It's very quiet even though it is near the airport. Very close to I-9 5 which is a real bonus. The breakfast is good. It's adequate and always hot and fresh. The coffee was pretty good too. It's a good experience for Hampton inn. We wish that the hot tub was working, but maybe next time."

"The room was excellent and clean, the staff were lovely - the front desk my first night was so helpful and went above and beyond. Each time I went to the front desk the rest of my stay they were so wonderful. Room service was phenomenal, and the gentleman who brought my food up remembered me when he saw me in the restaurant the next day. The service was impeccable. And the food at the Crossings was delicious! "

"I never needed a hotel just like this more and I’m so grateful. When my home burned up last week, I needed a comfortable place to stay for an unknown period and my first thought, Homewood Suites. It was the right choice for this traumatized family. My cats are safe here too. Room is clean and comfortable. "Room was clean & in a great area, but reeked of cigarette smoke! The front desk had the nerve to make me pay $100 deposit in case I smoke or have a pet. I am burying my Father on Monday, and have to attend the service sick, because I am allergic to cigarette smoke. Only slept 3 hours with the ac on, to try to contain the smell. The front desk gave me room spray, but the can is broken & don’t spray. I wasn’t offered any accommodations, when I paid for a non-smoking room. I even took pics of...

"My daughter and I stayed at the Residence Inn Providence Downtown, on 4/15/26, while touring colleges. The hotel was nice and the room was spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had a nice fitness room and complementary breakfast. The only negative was that there was only valet parking, which was $45 (possibly because of the downtown location). I enjoyed my stay at the Residence Inn Providence Downtown and would stay there, if visiting Providence again. "
