"The property has so much construction going on that it’s quite an inconvenience. They should lower their rates for everyone’s inconvenience! Mud everywhere! The restaurant is no longer and all that’s available is a very small, limited seating “Milk house” that has very limited food items. Long, out of the way entrance to their pools. Puddles of muddy water we had to navigate through to get to the Crater. "

"Room was clean. Staff were friendly. We didn't try breakfast out. But the end of the stay was marked by finding an "out of order" sign on the elevator. I was travelling with my daughter for her medical care (so she's not well).
I found myself trying to get down the stairwell from the 4th floor with her and all our bags when we were leaving to get to a medical appointment. I would have appreciated some type of communication from the hotel to prepare for that. Or for there to be extra staff in the building to help guests get down the stairs. "

"We enjoy staying here! The resort does show some age. Our mattress caved in a bit in the middle, sheets are not soft, one of the onsite restaurants is closed, and the other is ok, but not the best food we've had. The onsite bakery is tasty! Staff is always friendly!"

"Ceiling light was a bulb and pull chain, that's all. Bedding did not seem clean, pillows very thin. No hint how to operate the room heater, I finally figured it out. Some instructions posted would have been nice. Shower faucet mixer is loose and did not work for my wife. The room was a real disappointment. Will not stay here again, but you get what you pay for."

"The bathroom shower head in our room was too high and got water everywhere! The bathroom floor was flooded and almost got to the front door. The staff was understanding and moved us to a 2 room suite that was pretty cool even though it was just for 1 night. I really hope they fix the issue, the wall next to shower had been patched up as though that issue had happened before:("
