"One air conditioner is not enough for summer time. It’s very hot at night and tgere are many bugs at the 1st floor. Lastly the mattress is too soft and we can’t sleep well.

The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and soak in the beauty of Hokkaido."
"This spot may not be one of the bigger roykans but is very hospitable. English friendly and onsen is tattoo friendly unfortunately the onsens are incredibly small the outside can only fit 2-3 people and the inside one is barely double that size. Dinner and breakfast were incredible."
