"Likes: Reasonably priced. Easy check in/out. Free parking and breakfast (with good food options). Everything in room in working order. Comfortable bed. Friendly cleaning staff. Room key stopped working many times and front desk staff kept acting like it was something I was doing (like holding it near my cell phone) when really the machine...

The breakfast staff was accommodating, but the hotel staff was checked out, not really engaged in what they were doing, rather indifferent. The hotel lacks clarity on how their amenities are accessed, ex. Wifi, having room made up, getting fresh towels etc. "

"Breakfast was free and tasty. Staff was friendly. There is parking for 10.00 a day but it is limited. Nice room. Had a pool and gym but did not use either. The hotel is close to Franconia station to hop on the Metro. Very convenient."

"The parking don’t have enough lighting. The rooms are fairly clean. The shower curtains are terrible. The floor tiles make noise when you walk at night and when you rent a room with two meds, micro in refrigerator. You get the disappointment of the room that you rented is not available and they give you a different room and they blame Expedia because according to them, Expedia did not send a message of the room that I reserved. "Clean room and entire hotel was spotless and smelled nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent and clean large dining area. "

"We checked in on a Thursday night and didn't feel welcomed at all. Our room was missing a luggage rack in the closet and after numerous request finally got one dirty wooden rack. The room smelled of dogs and was very old and worn down. Cleaning staff was amazing and afternoon young staff was helpful and made us feel welcomed. I definitely wouldn't recommend for those who don't have pets. If you're a solo traveler just looking for a place to sleep, it might be a good place to stay a couple...
