Clean room, nice staff, good breakfast, great kitchen, air conditioner needed to have a way to direct the air so that it didn't blow directly on the bed...we managed a work around, Other than this minor item, the hotel was very good. Great shuttle that took you to the nearest Metro & back to the hotel and to & from the airport. It was very reliable and made it very easy to navigate in and around the DC area. Also there was a really good little grocery market "Lidl" and a good Italian takeout place (Paisano's) and a Subway sandwich shop within walking distance which were very convenient. It was a great stay!

Clean room, king beds and full kitchen were a nice bonus. Breakfast choices good and large eating area. Helpful front desk staff. Large workout room and variety of equipment. Housekeeping lacking--garbage in room piled up (not emptied daily) and when we put towels on the floor to be replaced that day, it wasn't done, so we had to request new towels that were eventually brought to us at the end of the day.

The hotel and room were clean, up-to-date, and comfortable. The breakfast was as expected. The only real complaint is with Socci, the restaurant in the Renaissance Inn. We went there for dinner, after it was suggested by a front desk agent, and my wife and I were not impressed. Service was lacking and overall the food was bland and not worth the price.

Our room was very nice. It even included a little kitchen area complete with dishes and a dishwasher, full size refrigerator and freezer, and stovetop. There was even a form to request groceries to be purchased and delivered to your room. There were a dozen nice dining options within a mile of the hotel, or you could eat at the restaurant operated at the hotel next door which was accessible via a shared indoor hallway. Though close to the airport, the hotel was quiet. There is a shuttle every half hour to and from the airport and another shuttle every half hour to and from the metro station. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows quickly flattened. The breakfast options were varied and tasty.
