"The advertisement did not indicate that there was a full kitchen with utensils, a cook, stove, and a full size refrigerator. I found them very useful and I think other people would too Also, there were two queen size beds in separate rooms, which would also open something to emphasize. This would be a good choice for couples who wish to share expenses or a family with children. Things were pretty quiet on a Tuesday night and a lot of places were closed. However, Alice’s pizza station was excellent.!"

"North Cascades Inn was a great one-night base in Marblemount before hiking Sahale Arm. I knew going in that the bathrooms were shared, and that wasn’t an issue at all. I’ve stayed in hostels and similar places while traveling, and I never once had trouble finding an open bathroom during my stay. The property is really cute and quaint, with a lot of historic character. My room was on the smaller side, but that was completely fine since I wasn’t there to spend much time indoors. The bed was very comfortable, check-in was incredibly easy with my key waiting in an envelope, and everything felt clean and well cared for. The location was especially convenient. There are restaurants right across the street, a convenience store next door, and it’s right at the start of Cascade River Road, making it an ideal launching point for Cascade Pass and Sahale Arm. It was also very affordable for the area. For a simple, comfortable place to stay before a big day in the North Cascades, it worked perfectly."
