"Great hotel staff"

"Staff works like untrained regular workers and some are not smartly dressed , some answer simple questions very rudely , the Food is too expensive, but tastes good"

"The room was clean but when arranging the room the air conditioner is far or out of reach to circulate th room so it get hot . I have to sleep at the edge of the bed to ensure I get some air condition. Complained so much but it’s not staff fault but rather the Pple that designed the room . The breakfast option are so limited imagine offering veggie toast and tea as breakfast to poor for the price they charge. "
