"Hotel is beautiful, beautifully kept, with super comfortable beds, but my biggest praise must go to the staff. I had a very late arrival (1am) from a business meeting in London, I got lost in the lanes and there was emergency road works, I called the hotel tired, cranky and lost, Richard was so kind, patient, calm, what an absolutely outstanding example of looking after your customers, when I arrived he extended that excellence, by upgrading me so I could stay in the main house and personally...

"I had a wonderful stay at the Relias Henley. My room was much bigger than expected and I was thrilled when I arrived at 10:00 am and they offered me an early check-in. They were extremely accommodating. Room was amazing, clean and comfortable. The food was delicious with more options that I could eat! The staff was very friendly and British hospitality was amazing. I highly recommend the Relais. It was as comfortable as being home! Great location too as I could walk into town and feel 100% safe."
