"Friendly staff. We needed maintenance at 10pm for the AC and the young man who came was amazing! He even came back to make sure everything was okay. The breakfast bar closes down at 9:30 which is a little early but good selection. My only complaint was about housekeeping. The room was very clean but the shampoo bottle and hand soap were empty. It is one of those set ups where everything is a larger container attached to the shower wall and next to the sink. I hate this set up and I’ve never gotten good quality products. Finding out that there was no shampoo was a real pain because, of course, I didn’t check prior to getting into the shower. Thankfully I could use the shower gel for shampoo and hand soap but a bit awkward. The next morning I stopped the maid on our floor and asked if she could replace them. She said she would but she did not. After we got back to our room that evening, the front desk brought me replacements but it was irritating. Otherwise a good place."
