"The staff was very helpful and kind, and the amenities were great! The only hiccup was a funny smell on one section of the floor we stayed on - thankfully, not on the corridor we stayed."

"Staff courteous and helpful. The Beach House is run down, even more than when I visited in 2025. It’s part of the charm. However, I had three guest rooms, and one of them a king suite, the bathroom ceiling was falling apart there was mold on the ceiling as well. Light bulbs were burnt out as well. Couch was stained, worn, and not comfortable. Additionally there were never any beach towels available when e asked for them. It’s a wonderful location, but I think they I’ll stay elsewhere next year due to the property conditions."

"The room was beautifully furnished and very clean . The complimentary water bottles and coffee bar and baristas is wonderful plus !!! Definitely going back . Close to Foxwoods free shuttle . Close to Ri beaches and Ct beaches"
