"My only turn off was when the hotel staff told me I couldn’t buy food outside of the hotel to bring it in. That means I was restricted to only buying food from the hotel. This experience was strange and unheard of anyway. "The hotel may look new and clean, but that’s where the good part ends. The service here is absolutely terrible. The staff has no clue what they’re doing — every simple request needed 3–5 reminder calls, all day long. No professionalism, no interest, and zero courtesy. Food service is a joke. Minimum 2 hours for any meal, and even then they manage to deliver the wrong items. Overall, a very disappointing stay. The hotel desperately needs proper staff training.
