"We really enjoyed our stay at the Viking Hotel in Waterford. The room was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we had dinner in the restaurant which was very good. Breakfast was also excellent with plenty of choice. ..."
