"Very relaxed vibe to the place."

"Our room was comfortable, and the staff was responsive and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was satisfactory, but the standout feature was the on-site EV chargers. However, there were a few issues. The bathroom sink light didn’t work, and the vent seemed to be old and malfunctioning. I also noticed some mold or mildew on the bottom of the shower stall. Despite these minor inconveniences, we had a nice time during our stay at H2 Suites by Hilton Taylor Detroit."

"Upon arriving at the hotel, we had to wait 15 minutes for shift change. Once somebody finally arrived, we got checked in and tried to find the room and we greeted by police officers asking us what we were doing there. We said we were gonna stay for the weekend and they told us that we should leave and find another hotel. They were in the process of arresting someone and towing a vehicle. It smelled like marijuana all over even though there were signs that said 100% smoke free zone. We laughed...

"Every thing was perfect Hotel staff were so kind so friendly. My family rented several rooms for a wedding and everyone has a great time the breakfast is a plus the bonfire outside was perfect to end the evening. We will return we come to see the Tigers play and definitely will stay here again ."

"I was happy that I was able to check in late but I had some issues during my stay. Other people staying were extremely loud all hours of the night & morning, I found a hair on the shower as soon as I checked in, I couldn’t figure out how to use the shower & when I asked the front desk staff for help she asked me if I turned the faucet on….i was seriously dumbfounded & then I was provided with typed out instructions on how it worked which I’m sorry, is something that should be left in the room....

"Door to room off 1 hinge wont open or close properly, front desk just shrugged. Holes in floor under carpet. Room had moldy french fries all over the floor. Front desk just stared at us when we told her. Burn holes in the lamp shades. Toilet was used and dirty. Most of the place was unoccupied so no reason we couldn't have been moved to a different room. Something definitely should have been comp'd."

"Highly recommend this property! You can tell a lot of care went into the recent remodel—everything felt fresh and clean. On top of that, the people working here were so pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. Great service at a very reasonable price."

"It was so small and awful my sister and I didn’t there it was unacceptable, and I want a full refund. You shouldn’t put hotels that are under construction as ready for people to occupy. Please refund my money. Thank you!"

"If you are looking for just a place to sleep this is it. Beds are comfy and staff is awesome. But the breakfast is subpar at best and the hotel isn’t the best upkept one."
