"Easy check-in, excellent staff, good bar area (again, excellent staff). Very good food, super local brews. Comfortable bed, great breakfast. Oh, and nice beer garden to boot. Would come here again and, if I lived locally, it would definitely be a regular haunt. Staff are superb."

"We booked the Dinney B&B due to its close proximity to the Astbury Golf Resort, where we were attending a wedding reception. We visited the Dinney early, to work out the logistics and chanced to meet Keith the owner. He allowed us to drop our bags in our room, gave us our keys and assured us that we could leave our car at the Astbury, walk back and he'd sort a lift back the next day - now that's excellent customer service! The room was comfortable and clean, with a good ensuite shower room....

"We had a very warm welcome from the friendly staff and were shown to the room which was clean and bright. The food that evening was excellent, and as it was a warm evening we spent a pleasant time sitting outside with our drinks afterwards. "I was unfortunately in an incredibly warm room (in part due to weather, but also the orientation which meant it got the full evening sun and no breeze) - this was room 104. The room was a decent size and reasonably clean, but given the weather, which is it being made up with a duvet and no sheet underneath (between that and the bed). The bathroom had cracked floor tiles which were very uneven with sharp edges and there was toothpaste marks splashed all over the wall by the sink, which means...

"The room I booked was for 4 people. It was spacious and clean with functional kitchen and bathroom. However there was only one set of cutlery and two cups which made it difficult for us all to have a drink or eat anything. There was also only a small table with 2 seats. "Hottest day in May on record and the heating was on in my room. After speaking with staff three times and an hour and a half later, I was moved to another room. In spite of the wonderful advert featuring a restaurant I was told no kitchen tonight. Second room was very noisy overlooking the car park which doubles as a camping ground for motor homes, with ten present. No mattress cover and a very dirty mattress.
