"It took 3 rooms to start with fist door would not open, 2nd door sticks sink leaks and smells bad (also not a queen room as reserved) 3 rd room was a queen ,but dirt around there visible edges. There appears to be a small water leak in the bathroom wall. Pool short on towels,spa tub jets did not work. Same poor breakfast every day hard sausage scrambled eggs and potatoes."

"It was a horrible stay they scammed me out of my money and the appliances didn't even work... TV remote didn't work ... sink was messed up .... microwave didn't work ..... stove top didn't work .... and on top of that they took $50 from me!! Most terrible experience in my life i would not recommend to anyone that was supposed to be a great time for my wife's birthday celebration instead they made it hell , they get a 5 star for that ...And i got the protection plan and most of the things in our room didn't work!"

"They checked us out a day early than we had booked had to get let back in room to get all of our stuff pack up in 5 minutes and leave they said they had no room available had to got another room booked that day luckily the Hampton inn was glad to take us they were great we had to do all this in an hour because we had to be at the Cracker Barrel 400 race in 3 hours"
