I also liked that this hotel texted me to see how things were going. That way if I had questions, I could just text that number. Which I ended up doing, because we couldn't remember what time the hot tub closed while we were out and about so I just...

"We liked the aesthetic and welcoming feel of the lobby and lounge area. It was not pleasant showering with the hard water. A water softener system is definitely needed there. The dead bolt on out door was not working and that was worrisome."
