"This place is one of a kind. Never stayed in a resort where staff is so welcoming and helpful. Food choice was amazing especially for a vegan were many places dont accommodate it. From the parking to the checkout - all was spectacular. My first time at this hotel and i will definitely come again."

"Happy with our stay here - very convenient for the Harry Potter tour bus and train station. Only a few minutes of walking for each. Room as described, good size and clean - no complaints about the comfort. Despite a bar being on the next block, there was no noise issues (we stayed on a Saturday night). Happy to recommend."

"Hotel is in a good location. Room was very tired and in need of redecoration, door in the bathroom was rotten at the bottom. Comfy bed but it was so hot throughout the hotel and no air conditioning in the room, no fan either, so had a restless night. Breakfast was ok but ordered poached egg on toast which took forever and they just bro2 poached eggs on a plate and told me I had to make my own toast by which time eggs were cold… Overall hotel is in need of updating, staff were very good."
