"Tidy and comfy little resort the in room pool and rooftop pool were both amazing. The staff is helpful and kind. I would stay here again. Only small negative is there’s no where to unpack and put your things so you’re living out of your suitcase. "

"The room was very basic but all in all it was ok. The bathroom, however, was another story. The shower head holder was broken and didn't hold the shower head up, the water didn't drain, so we were standing in inches of dirty water when showering. No shower curtain or any type of partition so there was water everywhere after showering. The bathroom alone made the whole experience quite gross. The balcony door didn't lock and the curtain holder was broken, which made it hard to open and close. There was a constant bad smell in the room, like blocked drain, which might explain the shower not draining properly. If we needed anything (water, toilet paper), we were told we had to wait until 3pm the next day. The staff were not as friendly and welcoming as we are used to in Thailand, we haven't had this disappointing level of service before so we understand it's not typical for Thailand. On the plus side, the breakfast was good, Palm, the tour guy, was really nice and helped us organise a boat trip and the outdoor aesthetic is very nice. We will not be returning to this hotel unfortunately. "

"Wonderful stay at Villa Baan Anna. 3 great double en-suite bedrooms and a smaller twin made for a perfect set up for our friendship group on our short but fantastic stay at the Villa. Team were on hand via WhatsApp to assist with massage, chefs,a tuktuk driver and booking trips. Pool cleaned and villa cleaned daily.fresh ice and water always on hand. The villa is a great location for visiting railay, ao nang and local attractions. The kitchen is tired in design, the lounge sofas not the comfiest but beds are comfy, outdoor furniture is great, pool is spotless. "
