"Dirty shower and a sour musty smell in our room; the lobby smelled like SEPTIC for the 4 days we stayed. Our room was NOT ready at 3pm for CHECK IN on Friday—after traveling all day we wanted to rest and shower before our 40th class reunion, but we couldn’t get in our room until 3:40. Every time ..."
