Breakfast is the normal scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, mini muffins, etc. One thing I’ll never understand though is why does every hotel serve frozen butter?! It’s very difficult to spread frozen butter on anything!"

"Very spacious room. We had the suite with the separate bedroom. Nice layout for traveling with kids. Room was in very good shape. Pool was a good temperature and the facilities were clean. Staff member working the manager reception, morning staff at front desk and breakfast were all extremely pleasant. As other reviews have said there was a point of about 20 minutes where there was no plates which made breakfast difficult and delayed with children."

"We were so pleasantly surprised by our experience here! Being a Holiday Inn Express, my expectations were not super high, if I’m being honest. However, we walked in and Kailey (not sure of spelling) at the front desk was an absolute ray of sunshine after a 9 hour drive with 3 kids. She was so helpful and just NICE. Customer service these days is a lost art so it was refreshing to see that delivering excellent service is a priority here. Our room was very clean. The pool was open from 8am-10pm which was very helpful for the 2 rainy days we had during our stay. The breakfast was surprisingly really good and the staff was very attentive with making sure the buffet was restocked. Every staff member we encountered was just SO NICE. One staff member even came and found us at the pool to see if we needed more towels for our room. This hotel is a 10/10 and we will be staying here again next time we are in the area!"
